1. The only information collected by us, is that is absolutely necessary to provide our clients with the best possible vacation experience. This may vary by client and depend on what is required with our suppliers.
2. Information you shared with us that is required to make your booking is passed on to the individual suppliers. Only what is needed to process your booking is shared.
3. When you have submitted your information to us, you have authorized us to use it in order to complete your requested booking.
4. Your information will be shared with whichever supplier we utilize at the time. Some suppliers may require additional information in order to complete the booking.
5. Your information is collected via secured & encrypted third party website, and then stored in the secured CRM utilized by our host agency.
6. Cookies may be used to enhance your experience, but we do not add any 3rd party tracking cookies or anything else to clutter up your computer.
7. Your information remains in our files, until you have requested it to be deleted.
8. The information you have submitted through our 3rd party sites, once it has been entered into the CRM, it is deleted.
9. We collect the needed information for all travelers, in order to purchase their travel related products. This includes minors and adults.
10. Your privacy is YOURS. You have the right at any time to access your information or request it be deleted from our files. We will always however retain any authorization forms you have provided us, along with the corresponding information to prove the services provided by us, were authorized by you.
11. We will only track you, during your vacation! Watching flights, weather and other items that may impact your journey!
